What will children learn?
In these lessons students will explore the differences and importance of physical and mental health, which can impact their day to day lives. They will learn about how to look after their physical health through nutrition and exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The students will also get the opportunity to learn healthy recipes, which they can share with their friends and family. Lessons will also teach students strategies to help with their mental health, such as mindfulness techniques and communicating their feelings in a safe place.
