Mindfulness

In order to capture mindfulness in its most simplest form, is that we want our children to be aware of their surroundings simply by paying attention and focusing on the present moment. To understand what emotions are arising and how they can navigate them. Children need the time, space and techniques to understand what feelings are occurring within as well as the ‘unseen’ beauty that surrounds them.
